I haven’t received a shipping confirmation email. What should I do?Updated a year ago

  1. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder. You can always contact us to have these re-sent.
  2. Your order is a Pre-Order, please review the shipping date stated on the website for the selected item. The selected item will be shipped on or around the provided date. We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information.
