Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

There is no limit to how many points you can earn, but there maybe situations where you cannot earn points, for instance if you place a bulk or wholesale order with a discount agreed, then you are not eligible to earn Loyalty & Reward points. 

Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem?

There is a maximum redeemable value of 500 points on a single order

What percentage of my order can be Loyalty Points?

We limit the redemption amount to 50% (half) of your total basket value. 

So in order to redeem $10 (100 rewards points) your basket value needs to be $20, for $20 it needs to be $40, $30 it needs to be $60, $40 it needs to be $80, $50 it needs to be $100. 

Points can only be redeemed using the email address of the person who earned the points, they cannot be gifted or shared, and the redeemer must be logged in.  

Is there a minimum number of points I need to make a redemption?

You need to have at least 100 points in your account to be able to make redemption, and points are only redeemable in batches of 100. 

Can I use Loyalty Points to purchase products on sale in the outlet?

Yes, it is possible to apply your Loyalty Points to sale and outlet products.

Can I combine Loyalty Points with discount codes?

It is not possible to combine your Loyalty Points with Discount codes, but you will still earn Loyalty Points for products purchased using these codes.
