How do I redeem my points?

The easiest way to redeem points is to make sure you are logged into your account and then you will have the option to apply them at checkout. If you want to check how many points you have available to redeem then login at this page: https://voited.com/account/login

Note that you need a minimum of 100 points to be able to make a redemption, and redemptions can be completed in multiples of 100 only.

How do points convert to money?

100 points = $10

Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always = $10.

For Example, as a Pioneer you will earn 1.5 points for every Dollar you spend. So, if you spend $100, you'll earn 150 points = $15

When you move up to become an Ultimate Explorer you will be earning 2 points for every €1 spent, so if you spend $100 you’ll receive 200 points = $20.

What are the easiest ways to earn points

Once you are signed up with a Loyalty & Rewards Account there are plenty of ways to earn points for actions – a full list can be found on the rewards page: https://voited.com/pages/rewards.

To start with you get points just for signing up! Then you will earn points for every purchase you make, for leaving video and photo reviews and on your birthday.

If you spend enough to get into the next Loyalty Tier then the points you earn across all actions increases – so the more you spend, the more you save.

Can I use my points in store or redeem the balance of my points as cash?

Loyalty & Reward points are only valid on the website in the region in which you earned them, they are not redeemable in physical locations. It is not possible to redeem the balance of your points as cash, they can only be used to pay for VOITED products.

Earning Points for leaving photo and video reviews:

You will only earn points for photos or videos that we publish. We will publish a maximum of 5 photos and 1 video per product review. We will only publish images that are genuinely useful for other customers and if the images are clear, well-lit, not blurred and feature the actual product.

We review the images once a week, so you may not have points attributed immediately for these actions.

Are there any redemption restrictions?

We want our Loyalty & Rewards programme to be equitable and have as few restrictions as possible, button order to be financially responsible we limit the redemption amount to half of your basket value.

So in order to redeem $10 (100 rewards points) your basket value needs to be $20, for $20 it needs to be $40, $30 it needs to be $60, $40 it needs to be $80, $50 it needs to be $100.

Points can only be redeemed using the email address of the person who earned the points, they cannot be gifted or shared, and the redeemer must be logged in.
